Our old, tired metal railing was in need of a refresh requiring sanding and re-re-repainting. We decided on a new aluminium one and after considering look, quality, availability and cost (vs DIY and other installation companies) chose to buy from Ottawa Deck and Rail. I had a minor question about our specific installation and Alan (the ‘actual’ installer!!) came out and answered my question(s). He was terrific on both of his visits, and I can’t give him enough praise. He’s very personable, professional, quick, clean etc etc. Showroom, scheduling, payment, followup services were also excellent. I fully support all other 5 STAR ratings.
